Booking and Payments
- Consultations must be booked through the website or directly with InnerBloom Health.
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- All payments are processed securely.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
- Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of InnerBloom Health.
- No-shows may incur a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service.
Collection of Information:
- Personal details such as name, email, phone number, and health information may be collected when you use our services.
Use of Information:
- Your information is used solely to provide and manage our services, respond to inquiries, and improve client experience.
Protection of Information:
- We take reasonable measures to protect your data.

At InnerBloom Health, I want you to be happy with any products you purchase through the website. Please note:
- Returns & Refunds: Products can only be returned or refunded if there has been a mistake on my part (e.g., the wrong product was sent).
- Health & Safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, I cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
- Reporting Issues: If you receive the wrong product or it arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt at liv@innerbloomhealth.co.nz so I can fix it promptly.
